Applications:
The hydraulic pile hammer utilizes its high-frequency vibration to
vibrate the pile body with high acceleration, transmitting the
vertical vibration generated by the machinery to the pile body,
causing changes in the soil structure around the pile and a
decrease in strength due to vibration. The soil around the pile
body liquefies, reducing the frictional resistance between the pile
side and the soil. Then, the pile is sunk into the soil using the
downward pressure of the excavator, the vibration sinker, and the
self weight of the pile body. When pulling out the pile, use the
lifting force of the excavator to lift the pile while vibrating on
one side. The excitation force required for pile driving machinery
should be comprehensive based on the soil layer, soil quality,
water content, and the type and structure of the pile on the site
Operating principle:
1. The hydraulic pile hammer is equipped with two eccentric shafts,
which are driven by hydraulic motors to generate high-speed
rotation and vertical excitation force. After passing through the
damping rubber block, it maintains a certain amplitude and can meet
various types of soil and pile driving requirements.
2. The excitation force is proportional to the size of the
eccentric shaft and the square of the number of vibrations. The
eccentric shaft has undergone detailed calculation and testing,
which can balance the strong excitation force and material
characteristics, not only meeting work needs, but also ensuring
mechanical reliability.
